This statement explains how OrgTrans Limited, trading as WeSurvey, uses personal information collected through this website.
Who we are
OrgTrans Limited (company number 09316871) is the controller of personal information collected through www.wesurvey.co.uk. You can contact us by e-mail at hello@wesurvey.co.uk, or by post at WeSurvey, Sussex Technology Centre, Liverpool Gardens, Worthing, BN11 1RY, United Kingdom.

What we collect
When you send us an enquiry using the form on our Contact page, we collect:
- your name and e-mail address
- your organisation and phone number, if you give them
- the topic you choose and your message
If you e-mail us directly, we receive your e-mail address and anything you include in your message.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to discuss or arrange our services. We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
Our lawful basis
We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. Where you ask us about working with us, we also rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How the contact form works
When you send the form, your enquiry travels over an encrypted connection to a service we operate on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in London, which e-mails it to us. That service does not keep a copy of your message. Its technical logs contain no enquiry content and are deleted after 30 days.
Who processes it for us
- Amazon Web Services hosts this website and delivers contact form enquiries to us, using its London (UK) region.
- Our e-mail provider holds enquiries in our mailbox.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up. If an enquiry does not lead to work together, we delete it within two years.
Survey research
This statement covers our website only. When we run surveys for our clients, we process respondents' personal information on the client's behalf under a written agreement. Respondents are given information about how their data is used when they are invited to take part.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict or stop our use of it. To make a request, e-mail hello@wesurvey.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
